The Mega Pro
The next generation in high-performance Lagree training, the 8th installment in the iconic Megaformer series, Mega Pro blends sleek, modern design with advanced functionality to deliver a transformative full-body workout experience. Designed using hinges, the platform lift allows users to move through classes while protecting their joints and tissues, making it easier to stabilize during movement. Three levels of springs provide adjustable resistance for pulling and pushing exercises.
Our Dedicated Team
Fitness has always been at the center of Jane and Toni’s friendship. After meeting in elementary school, the two grew up together and eventually bonded even more deeply through sports, competition, and a shared passion for movement. As former collegiate athletes, fitness became a natural part of their friendship and a constant throughout their lives.
From long days on the soccer field to countless hours in the gym, Jane and Toni have spent years encouraging and challenging one another—whether through strength training, yoga, pilates, or finding new ways to push themselves to become stronger, healthier versions of themselves.
In 2020, they created a home workout space with pilates reformers so they could continue training together and stay consistent in their fitness routines. As lifelong athletes, they were always searching for a workout that combined strength, endurance, and low-impact movement in a way that felt both challenging and sustainable.
That’s when they discovered Lagree.
Lagree was the perfect fit: a high-intensity, low-impact form of strength training performed on the Megaformer, designed to build deep strength, endurance, and control. They immediately knew this was something special—and something they wanted to bring to Duluth. They also experienced firsthand how powerful Lagree can be for rebuilding strength during pregnancy and postpartum, helping people reconnect with their bodies in a strong, supported way.
Jane and Toni became certified Lagree instructors in 2025 with a vision of creating a welcoming, empowering studio where everyone feels comfortable getting stronger. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or a seasoned athlete, their goal is to create a space where every person feels supported, challenged, and confident in every workout.
