Cancellation and No show Policy

No show will be charged $20.00 and will lose class credit. Classes must be cancelled 4 hours before class time. Late cancel charged $15 but will keep class credit.

Late arrival policy

New clients must arrive 15 minutes early. Existing clients can enter 5 minutes after class starts. Once the core is done no one can enter.

Waitlist Policy

Once you book into a waitlist it is your responsibility to check if you have been booked in. Text will be sent.

Grip Socks

Grip socks are required. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

How early should I arrive?

New clients should arrive 15 minutes early for a machine demo.

Pilates was invented by Joseph Pilates and done on a reformer. Lagree was invented by Sebastian Lagree and done on a megaformer. Pilates is low intensity and low impact. Founded to restore, heal, and promote wellness. Think rehab inspired breathing and flexibility. Lagree is high intensity and low impact. Emphasizes time under tension and working into slow twitch fibers and muscles. Think sculpt, build, and tone your body. Isometric holds which pushes your muscles to fatigue.

Yes! Modifications available for pre and post natal. Other medical conditions. Modifications available. All ages welcome, post surgical once cleared by healthcare provider, arthritis friendly. We modify for knee discomfort, back issues, limited mobility, balance needs, pre/post natal, Just tell your instructor ahead of time.
